Online fraud cases have been increasing recently, and RentSmart would like to remind all users to stay vigilant.

RentSmart will never request, guide, or perform any account transactions, transfers, logins, or password changes via SMS.

If you receive any message claiming to be from RentSmart that contains suspicious links, please do not click any links or reply.
If you have any doubts, please verify immediately through the RentSmart customer service hotline or WhatsApp at 6997‑7887.

Promotion Details:*
  1. Promotional offer valid from July 15, 2023, to December 31, 2026, inclusive of both start and end dates.
  2. This offer is only available to Midland IC&I customers who must provide a rental agreement signed with Midland Realty as proof.
  3. The offer applies solely to transactions conducted through the RentSmart mobile application.
  4. To enjoy the promotional offer, users must enter the designated invitation code when registering for a RentSmart account. If the invitation code is not entered at registration, the offer cannot be claimed later, and no reissuance will be provided.
  5. The HK$200 rent rebate is divided into two parts. The first part of HK$100 will be immediately credited to the cardholder’s RentSmart account upon successful registration and is applicable for a single rent payment of HK$8,000 or more made with a UnionPay credit card or Mastercard credit card. After completing the transaction, RentSmart will send two HK$50 rent rebate codes via email.
  6. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers/cash coupons, or other goods/services, nor can it be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
  7. Midland Realty and RentSmart reserve the right to change or cancel the offer and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decisions of Midland Realty and RentSmart will be final and binding.
