  2. This offer is only applicable to Ricacorp customers, and users must provide a rental agreement signed with Ricacorp as proof.
  3. This promotion is applicable to transactions made on RentSmart app or website
  4. Invitation code must be entered at the time of registering the RentSmart account. # Offer 1: HK$200 Rent Rebate please enter "RICACORP"; Offer 2: Alipay 10% service fee discount please enter "RICACORPCNY". If the code has not been entered during registration, the offer cannot be claimed at a later stage.
  5. HK$200 Rent Rebate will be issued in two parts. First HK$100 will be credited to the new user account upon successful registration which can be applied to any single payment for HK$8,000 or more with Mastercard or UnionPay credit card. After that transaction is completed, RentSmart will issue two more HK$50 promo code via email.
  6. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
  7. Ricacorp and RentSmart reserve the sole right to vary or cancel the Offers and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Ricacorp and RentSmart shall be final and conclusive.
