Promotion Details:

* HK$100 RentSmart rental rebate will be credited to the Cardholder’s RentSmart account immediately after a successful registration. The rebate only applies to rental payments of HK$5,000 or above made with a Fubon Visa or Mastercard.

^ Cardholders must enter the invitation code while registering their RentSmart account. If the code has not been entered during registration, the offers cannot be claimed at a later stage.

#By paying RentSmart rental payments with a Fubon credit card, Fubon Visa cardholders can enjoy a service fee of 1.9% and Fubon Mastercard cardholders can enjoy a service fee of 1.5%.

General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

1. This promotion runs from 1stAugust 2024 to 31st December 2026, both dates inclusive.
2. Promotion Offers only apply to eligible Fubon cardholders who are registered as RentSmart users. To become a RentSmart registered user, you need to complete your registration through the RentSmart mobile app.
3. Promotion Offers only apply to transactions through the RentSmart mobile app.
4. To enjoy the Promotion Offers, you must enter the designated invitation code while registering your RentSmart account. If thecode has not been entered during registration, the Promotion Offers cannot be claimed at a later stage.
5. HK$100 RentSmart rental rebate will be credited to the cardholder’s RentSmart account immediately after a successful registration. The rebate only applies to rental payments of HK$5,000 or above made with a Fubon Visa or Mastercard. Each RentSmart account can only enjoy this rental rebate offer once.
6. Promotion Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
7. All products and services are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Please check with the merchants for details.

9. Fubon Bank and RentSmart reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion Offers and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the relevant merchants shall be final and conclusive. 11. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any terms of this Agreement.
12. Any disputes arising out of, and in connection with, these Promotion Offers shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
13. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
