2. Offers only apply to eligible Cathay members who are registered as RentSmart users. To become a RentSmart registered user, you need to complete your registration through the RentSmart mobile app.
3. Offers only apply to transactions through the RentSmart mobile app.
4. During the promotion period,users who pay monthly rent using a Mastercard (‘Eligible Transaction’) will qualify. Any cancelled, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions will not becounted.
5. The user with the highest cumulative Eligible Transactions in each phase (‘Winner’) will receive 500,000Asia Miles (‘Prize’). Each user may win only once during the entire promotional period.
6. RentSmart will notify the winners on or before May 31, 2026 via one or more of the following channels:customer service hotline, email, and/or SMS. Winners must submit a valid Cathay membership number and member name through RentSmart’s designated web page or form within 30 days of receiving the notification. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted member name matches the information in their Cathay membership account. The prize will be credited to the provided membership account within 30 working days after the information is verified.Failure to submit a valid membership number within the deadline will be deemed as forfeiting the prize, and no replacement will be issued.
7. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

The submitted member name must match the information in their Cathay membership account. Reward will be credited to the Cathay membership account provided by the user within 30 working days.

^ The Promotion is applicable to cardholders of Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard, Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard –Priority Banking or Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard – Priority Private(each an “Eligible Card”) issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited who have not made any transaction at RentSmart App with the Eligible Card. An Eligible Cardholder who makes a monthly rental payment in the RentSmart App with the Eligible Card during the Promotion Period (the “Eligible Transaction”)will be entitled to a one-off 1.5% service fee waiver of up to HKD2,250 (or equivalent). The wavier is subject to a total transaction cap of HKD 150,000(or equivalent). The Eligible Cardholder shall remain responsible for anyservice fee incurred for transaction amount beyond HKD150,000 (or equivalent).Each RentSmart App user and(or) each Eligible Card will be entitled to the wavier once only.
