Due to the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival public holidays, settlement times for transactions made with UnionPay cards from 29 Sept to 5 Oct 2025 will be delayed.
1) Transactions made on 29 Sept will be settled on 9 Oct.
2) Transactions made on 1 Oct to 5 Oct will be settled on 10 Oct.
If payment is requested by cheque, the settlement date will be further postponed by 6 days based on the above schedule.
For combined payments using UnionPay cards, the entire transaction will be credited to the landlord’s account according to the above timeline.
