  1. Promotion period starting from 5 August 2024 until 31 August 2025, both days inclusive.
  2. This promotion is applicable to transactions made on RentSmart app or website.
  3. The offer applies solely to transactions conducted through the RentSmart mobile application.
  4. Invitation code must be entered at the time of registering the RentSmart account. If the code has not been entered during registration, the offer cannot be claimed at a later stage.
  5. HK$200 Rent Rebate will be issued in two parts. First HK$100 will be credited to the new user account upon successful registration which can be applied to any single payment for HK$5,000 or more with Mastercard or UnionPay credit card. After that transaction is completed, RentSmart will issue two more HK$50 promo code via email.
  6. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
